We highly appreciate the Bronze award that we received at the E-volution Awards in 2021 in the category Best in Travel & Tourism. During the difficult situation that we faced during the first quarantine, we tried to stay positive and optimistic by adapting our scheduling and strategy to the new era. Keeping our clients’ bookings safe, attracting a Greek audience, and opening up to international markets that were allowed to travel despite the restrictive measures were our three main goals. To meet these goals, we had to develop 360 communication in various channels, in which every channel had its own goals, something that worked out very well for our business.

Another major award for Blue Car Rental Greece came to the E-volution Awards of 2021 where we received the Bronze award for the Customer Service and Satisfaction that we have already offered for 5 years. Offering an unforgettable experience to our clients is very important for us, as is the creation of a relationship based on trust with each one of our clients. This experience starts before the booking, continues after the booking, and before the client arrives in Crete, and is completed after the end of the client’s trip with after-sales actions through satisfaction surveys. This year, we gave a lot of effort into the stage before the booking was made, as reassuring our concerned clients was our primary goal.

At the E-volution Awards in 2021 we received the Gold award in the category Best in International e-Commerce. This award is a recognition of our marketing actions that helped us in the effort to adapt to the new situation that the Covid-19 pandemic caused in the tourism sector. During this difficult year we managed to open new markets, have clients from 40 and more different countries and more importantly we managed to gain the trust of new and existing clients that chose our services in a time where the sense of security is not to be taken for granted.
