It's our responsibility to thoroughly clean both the exterior and interior of the vehicle after your return to our destinations. However, we also rely on our customers to maintain a certain level of cleanliness during their rental period. Excessive dirt, stains, or damage to the interior of the car, such as from liquids like oil, mud, sand, food, or rubbish, may result in additional charges. In such cases, we reserve the right to demand the cost of biological cleaning, which can amount to up to 200 euros.
